2. Services

ComptaRive Fin offers expert accounting support, advisory sessions, reporting packages, and management consulting. Detailed scopes and fees are outlined in individual agreements or proposals.

3. Infoproducts

We offer downloadable guides, templates, and training materials designed to help enterprises organize records, prepare statements, and streamline processes. Access details and delivery methods are specified at purchase.

4. Goods

Our site may include branded stationery, office tools, or hardware kits to support accounting workflows. Product descriptions, prices, and shipping terms are provided prior to purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 10 business days before the start date to receive a full reimbursement of the fees paid. Cancellation requests submitted fewer than 10 business days prior are not eligible for reimbursement. Clients may request a one-time rescheduling of service dates subject to availability.

5.2 Infoproducts

Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, requests for reimbursement must be made before access is granted. If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed the materials, we will reimburse all fees paid. Once access is activated, no reimbursement will be granted.

5.3 Goods

For physical goods, you have 14 days from receipt to request reimbursement provided the items remain unused and in original packaging. To initiate a request, contact us via contact form. Customers are responsible for shipping fees when sending items back to us. Upon inspection and approval, we will process reimbursement of the fees paid within 14 business days. You may also exchange items at no additional fee if requested within the same 14-day period.

6. Limitation of Liability

ComptaRive Fin shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or site. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service or product during the six months preceding any claim.
